December is here, bringing Christmas cheer.

The holiday season is drawing near, and there are sooooo many dinners to attend. I decided to surprise the host of yesterday's festive soiree with some Yorkshire pudding. Turns out a great deal of folks had never had them before, so I'm *extra* happy with how well they turned out.

Double extra happy that they went so well with Nabe! Woo woo~!

Fluffy and delightful, you should try it them for yourself!
Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients:

3 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp Butter

Method:

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, eggs and milk. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 170 C (350 F) Grease muffin pan and put small pats of butter (approx 1/2 tsp) in each muffin cup. Melt butter in the oven for about 5 minutes.
3. Divide the batter amongst the muffin cups, pop in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 170 C (or until fluffly and golden brown).
DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR TO PEEK! They will fall down and you will be sad.
